Joshua is a Emmy Award Winning Storyteller, Anthropologist, Teacher and Steward,
My first career has been as an anthropologist and photographer, Through this work I saw goodness, suffering, and resilience,…and was also able to make contact with my own goodness, suffering and resilience. I have learned from wiser ones than me pathways of healing and repair that have become part of my own practice and offering. My dedication to this path has come from experiencing the power of this work to change to individuals and communities at a time in which repair deeply in need.
I am Trained in Insight Meditation and certified as a instructor under my teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, I’ve completed training in Somatic Experiencing, and a wide variety of sacred practices with first nations communities, I also stewards the men’s community Journeymen, which is dedicated to restoring men’s full humanity by deepening lives through communal practice.
Most importantly I am a father, husband, son, brother and community member seeking ways to make the world better so the Lifeforce I have been gifted will have been used in a good way before I pass.
